Was going to buy my plane ticket this afternoon and noticed that the price increased by $300. Ouch! Well I guess we will see what happens...

I got my financial aid today! I know what I'm going to be doing :) Plane ticket here I come!

Today I am pleased to announce that Bruce the Bear will be traveling with me to Oxford. He is such a photography fanatic that I wouldn't be surprised if he made it into most of the pictures on this study abroad journey!

 

 I picked up one of the books I needed from the library this afternoon and am planning some shopping trips with mom. Still waiting on the financial aid advance so I can purchase my plane ticket... That is going to be one of the last steps to securing this trip!

Just finished purchasing all my books that I need to read before the trip. About $100 spent for 10 books. Cheapest was free from the library. Most expensive was $42 plus shipping from amazon. I can't wait until they all arrive and I get to delve into them!

I've setup some time today to order those books finally. I also need to find out whether or not my phone will work overseas. I am really going to procrastinate the verizon call...
